Responsibilities: | We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Senior System Application Specialist to lead the support and implementation of business-critical applications, particularly in the Human Resource and Payroll domain. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth application delivery, performance, and support. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to mentor juniors, drive improvements in support processes, and contribute to system enhancement initiatives. - Lead application support and delivery for business and HR-related systems. - Manage system configurations, testing, and implementation for clients. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, deploy updates, and optimize performance. - Oversee support tickets, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain customer satisfaction. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Participate in client meetings and gather requirements for system enhancement. - Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot bugs, and perform root cause analysis. - Ensure compliance with change management protocols. - Liaise with partners¡¯ technical personnel to manage integrated systems or modules. |

Requirements: | - Minimum 5 years of experience in system/application support or software implementation. - Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or Payroll Systems is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of MS-SQL Server, ASP.net, and/or Java. - Working knowledge of HR or accounting processes is advantageous. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects or support tasks concurrently with attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Capable of working both independently and in a team, with minimal supervision. - Comfortable working in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment |
