Responsibilities: | We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Payroll Outsourcing Specialist to join our growing HR services team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance, and thrives in a client-facing environment. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our clients across various industries. - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned client portfolios. - Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, in compliance with statutory regulations. - Handle statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and annual forms (e.g., EA, Form E). - Prepare and review payroll reports, variance checks, and reconciliation reports. - Act as the main point of contact for clients on payroll-related matters. - Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner. - Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams such as support, implementation, and HRIS. - Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information. |

Requirements: | - Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a payroll outsourcing environment. - Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements. - Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel. - Experience with HRMS or payroll systems is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. - High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential data. |
